Below are the terms that apply to your Anglia Summer School registration. By registering you automatically accept these terms.

Registration and payment
Registration is confirmed only once the form has been completed and payment has been received by the stated deadlines. Places are limited and reserved in the order registrations are received.

Refund policy
A full refund is given only if Anglia Summer School is notified at least 2 days before the start of the registered session and the child does not attend. Once camp has started, missed days are not refundable — including health-related cases or unforeseen family matters. Refund requests must be made in writing.
💡 Tip: if there is any chance of unexpected commitments during the summer, you can choose day-by-day registration (€39/day) instead of a weekly package — you only pay for the days your child actually attends.

Safety and supervision
The safety and wellbeing of the children is our priority. Children are supervised by staff during activities and official camp hours. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about health conditions, allergies and emergency contacts. In case of emergency, camp staff are authorised to seek medical assistance and to contact the parent immediately.

Conduct policy
Children are expected to show respect towards staff, fellow participants and camp facilities. Inappropriate behaviour, bullying, violence or repeated breaches of the rules may result in removal from camp without a refund.

Activities and responsibility
The camp may include physical and outdoor activities. Anglia Summer School applies appropriate safety and supervision measures; however, participation involves the normal risks associated with such activities.

Photos and videos
During camp we may take photos and videos for promotional and educational use by Anglia Summer School, unless the parent objects in writing in advance at summerschool@angliaacademy.com.
