About us
Anglia Academy is an accredited English language and examinations provider with campuses in Kosovo and Albania. References to “Anglia Academy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anglia Academy. References to “you” mean the person enrolling, or the parent/legal guardian where the student is under 18.
Acceptance of terms
By using our website, submitting a registration form, or paying for a course, examination or summer programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Enrolment and entry requirements
A place is confirmed once we have received your completed registration form and any required payment. Some courses and examinations require a minimum level (assessed via placement test) or a minimum age. We reserve the right to refuse or transfer an enrolment where entry requirements are not met.
Fees and payment
Course and examination fees are published in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is due as set out on your booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer and the payment methods listed on our checkout. We may suspend access to classes or examination registration where fees remain outstanding.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your enrolment by writing to info@angliaacademy.com. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the course or examination start date, and on whether examination registration has already been submitted to the awarding body. We will share the specific refund terms with your booking confirmation. Bank charges, examination fees already paid to third parties and non-refundable deposits are not refundable.
Changes to programmes
We try to deliver every programme as published. We may need to change a timetable, venue, teacher or delivery mode (in person / online) where this is necessary for safety, operational or regulatory reasons. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or, where the change is material, a refund.
Student conduct
You agree to behave respectfully towards other students, our staff and partner campuses, to follow the safeguarding rules on summer programmes, and to comply with any campus, examination centre or accommodation rules that apply. We may suspend or terminate enrolment for serious or repeated breaches, without refund.
Examinations
Examinations are delivered under the rules of the awarding body (for example Anglia Examinations Syndicate). By registering for an examination, you agree to follow those rules. Results, certificates and the resolution of any examination dispute are the responsibility of the awarding body; we will help you communicate with them.
Intellectual property
The Anglia Academy name, logo, course materials, website content and photographs are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may use them only as needed for your own studies. They cannot be copied, redistributed, sold or used to deliver competing services without our written permission.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Personal data submitted via our website or registration forms is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details of what we collect, how we use it and the rights you have.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be submitted to the competent courts of Pristina.
