Your Role at the Summer Camp:
Participate in staff training and preparation meetings before camp begins
Lead and supervise a group of 9–15 campers
Follow the daily summer camp agenda and suggest improvements where needed
Lead and guide specific games and activities
Create experiences that support campers’ physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
Provide caring, positive guidance for children throughout their day at camp
Ensure all campers enjoy safe, inclusive, and fun activities
Actively engage in all summer camp experiences with your group
Attend daily staff debriefs after each day of camp
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (advanced or near-native level)
- Previous experience working with children, youth programs, summer camps, teaching, coaching, or group leadership
- Ability to confidently lead and engage groups of children aged 4–16
- High level of energy, professionalism, creativity, and initiative
- Passion for sports, outdoor activities, games, arts, or experiential learning
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, patient, and supportive attitude toward children and families from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and remain organized under pressure
- Availability for the full duration of the summer camp program is strongly preferred
- Candidates studying or graduated in Education, Psychology, English Language, Sports, Arts, or related fields will have an advantage
