Anglia Academy (“Anglia Academy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an accredited English language and examinations provider with campuses in Kosovo and Albania. We only collect what we need to deliver our courses, examinations and summer programmes. This typically includes your name, contact details (email, phone, address), date of birth, the programme or examination you are interested in, parent/guardian details for under-18 students, payment information processed by our payment partners, and any messages you send us. When you browse our site we also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, register you for courses or examinations, manage your studies, process payments, send service messages about your bookings, and — only with your consent — share occasional updates about new programmes. We also use anonymised analytics to improve our website and teaching.

We never sell your data. We share what is necessary with: Anglia Examinations Syndicate and other awarding bodies for registering and certifying examinations; trusted service providers (email, hosting, analytics, payment processing) acting strictly on our instructions; partner campuses for summer programmes you book; and competent authorities where required by law.

Our website uses cookies to remember your language, keep forms working and measure how the site is used. You can review and change your choice at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer. Essential cookies cannot be switched off as the site will not work properly without them.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — generally for the duration of your studies plus the period required by accreditation bodies and accounting/tax law. After that, records are securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Where we rely on consent (for example to send you marketing), you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, write to info@angliaacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

For students under 18, registrations must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We only collect what is needed to deliver the programme and to safeguard the student during their studies (medical notes, emergency contacts, photo consent where applicable).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access — including encrypted connections, restricted internal access, and staff training. No system is perfectly secure, so we always recommend choosing a strong, unique password if you create an account with us.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
