Payment
Once the online registration is complete and the course has started, the payment is non-refundable.
Change of teacher
Students may ask for a change of teacher, in coordination with the administration and subject to availability.
Communication lessons
The lessons with Teacher Max are a separate part of the programme and cannot be replaced by lessons from the general part of the course.
Absences
A maximum of 2 lessons missed by the student per month can be made up. Any further absences are recorded as lessons held.
Deadline for communication lessons
The programme includes 4 communication lessons per month, which must be completed within that month and are not carried over to the following month.
